Management and technical expertise both includes pathology administration, histopathology, cytotechnology, gross prosecting, autopsy, electron microscopy, immunohistochemistry, histochemical pathology, molecular pathology, Moh's histology, chemical recycling, speech recognition, equipment design, and digital pathology. Additional strong expertise in strategic, procurement negotiation and business management of pathology organizations.Consultant for physician in-office laboratory design, build and management, general pathology laboratory operations as well as CAP preparedness Haved worked as an HT and an PA in the laboratory. In 1997 designed and patented a formalin recycler instrument for the laboratory, as well as designed and manufactured several laboratory innovated items. Several invitations to serve as "Key Opinion Leader" for large world wide companies demonstrating new innovative pathology instrumentation. Asked to serve as leader to obtain standards for the first Productivity Task Force with the National Society for Histotechnology in 1994, Have several publications, presented many workshops and enjoy serving positions over the many years to assist State and National Societies where help is needed.
