I have more than 7 years of biotechnology industry experience in technical support and quality control. My role as a technical support scientist at Epitomics-Abcam Company involved technical support of antibody reagents, successfully resolving inquiries and complaint cases. At Abbott Laboratories - Diagnostics Division, I continued to provide technical support of hematology reagents and instruments. I evaluated complaint tickets using trending analysis to assess product quality. In addition, I conducted complaint investigations to resolve reagent formulation issues.
I received a M.S. in Biomedical Engineering from the University of Miami and a B.S. in Bioengineering from the University of California, Berkeley. My thesis involved the development of a finite element model that analyzed extracellular adenosine triphosphate (ATP) distribution in the intervertebral disc of the spine, a model that potentially ameliorates lower back pain from disc degeneration.
